Features

    • Made from a composition tunable cadmium, selenium and sulfur core
    • the color is tuned by composition rather than size.
    • SDs are equivalent in size (5.5nm) and mass regardless of emission color.
    • All colors are equally bright and have comparable quantum efficiency throughout the visible spectrum.
    • SDs are inherently stable as single nanocrystals in solution (< 10nm including the hydration sphere ).
    • Stable in all buffers, including PO4, and 160 mm ionic strength. (Note: Amine SDs will aggregate above pH 7).
    • Proprietary surface shell and ligand technology isolates the core from O2 and harmful ions that can degrade quantum dot performance over time.
    • Can be autoclaved.
